Excellent location, close by lots of amenities. The room was really nicely and stylishly designed. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Excellent customer service from very friendly staff (especially Manny!)

Excellent location for exploring Cambridge. Front desk staff were fantastic, especially Manny! Lobby smelled unbelievable, beds and pillows were exceptional and view from bay window was picture perfect.

Lovely hotel, huge room! Whilst we didn’t have much interaction with staff due to the online stuff and codes for rooms, the staff we did meet were lovely & helpful when storing our bags. Decent location also, just a short train or uber into the busier city area, but lots of things available around the Cambridge area too.

Pricey but it was a busy weekend in Boston

Our stay was disappointing. On both nights there were very loud noises above our room that made it hard to sleep. We asked multiple times to move to another room but were told the hotel was full and only offered earplugs. The issue continued both nights, and no real solution was provided. While I appreciated the follow-up and partial refund, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I’d recommend being more proactive when guests report ongoing noise issues.
