Atrocious location! It basically can only be accessed by foot up a steep hill. Not so great when pulling luggage or in the rain, both of which we experienced. No taxi service. Bikes are available, but not always viable. No restaurants nearby, small dining room at the hotel, which was decent, but you must book it the day before! No exceptions! Overly rigid rules. The hotel really should consider running a shuttle service to the ferry. Even if they charge for it, it would be valuable. Embarking on a full day of travel, we left at 6 in the morning to catch an early ferry and we had to walk half a mile in the rain. Having to wear soggy clothes on trains for several hours does not leave a particularly positive impression

La vue féerique depuis la terrasse de notre chambre « peak cottage » et le mini sauna dans la salle de bain. Le repas du soir dans la demi-pension fut aussi une agréable surprise.

La chambre était froide et très humide et une forte odeur de renfermé dans la salle de bain.
