Great view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony, comfortable beds and overall very clean

Not the most ideal for very small children (babies who can crawl up to 2 years old) as the facility lacks a high chair, crib and guard for the stairs. Small children can however sleep well on the floor using the extra futons. Great for children from 3 years up.

Very nice house with a great view to Mt. Fuji! All the house is very equipped, new design but with traditional Japanese touch. The kitchen was perfect and the air conditioning also. 10 minutes drive from the center (supermarkets, restaurants etc..)

The curtains are not blocking all the light from outside, but we didn’t care so much..

The house is new and extremely clean, perfect for a family of 4. A view of Fuji-san is actually a bonus.

Nothing.

Very new building. All rooms air conditioned. Quiet neighborhood. Great view on Mt. Fuji. All signs and manuals are bilingual in Japanese and English. The staff is also fully bilingual. Very easy and smooth communication! All in all, very pleasant stay.

The second bed room had no side table. I had to put my glasses on the floor when sleeping. Also, the road is very narrow, and inexperienced driver will certainly struggle. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Wonderful clean, quiet property with lots of space. This is the third time we've stayed at this particular location. This time, our car battery was drained and our car wouldn't start as we were ready to check out and leave. We called the contact number for the property and the owner himself came out and provided us with a jump start for our car! Wonderful service!

Location is not within walking distance of restaurants and has a very narrow road on approach.

The house was immaculately clean, and located in a rural part of town. It was fun to walk around the fields. It is an easy walk to a 7/11, which is where we picked up breakfast each morning. The property didn't have an address, so I was to get there by using a google pin. Unfortunately, the pin took us to the wrong property! It was late at night, after a long drive, and it took several phone calls to figure it out. I had emailed before to double check, so I was irritated by that. The other problem was we didn't know, and there were no instructions in the emails I received or in the in-house instruction binder, that you had to turn on the gas in the house to have hot water. We hadn't encountered that before, so we didn't have hot showers the first day we were there. The owner very kindly came to check that we had figured it out that evening. Also, the roads to get to the house are tiny with irrigation ditches on the side. We were grateful we have a very small car, and would not want to drive a large car to this house. The house was beautiful, the location extremely quiet, and the mountains gorgeous. We liked having you tube and netflix on the tv! Wifi worked great.
