Staff was friendly and informative. The lobby was heavily decorated for the fourth of July. The room was spacious and orderly. The ac was running at 65 upon entering so that was awesome to not have a hot room to cool off.

Bathroom was lightly cleaned. Pillow case was tore and very noticeable. Bathroom sink was stopped up. The most irritating thing for me was a $100 incidental charge. That was a shock and I stay all over the country at many different hotels. The only time I had a charge like this was at a beach front resort.

This was a very clean property and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a friend playing softball and it was very easy and convenient to get to the fields.

Location to the Grady Fair Grounds was excellent. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. Staff was exceptional. Grill outside for guest was a nice touch to cook some burgers.

Well, our room reservation said we reserved a 2, queen bed room. I could almost bet they were doubles instead.. The room wasn't clean. The chair in the room was gross, wouldn't let my kids sit in it. There was a gross dirty streak of some sort across our carpet. And you could feel the springs in the mattress... all... night... The breakfast was average. Really good. The electrical plugs in the room were worn out. Our phone chargers would fall out. Or you had to move them and plug them in just right to work.

Stay was pleasant, near the ballparks which we needed. Hotels. Com needs to update the address on its maps, hotel is new and not located correctly on the map. Was actually better location but made it difficult to find.

The property is well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet, and we felt safe. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
