Good location, big section and walk to town

Loved that it was walking distance to everything.

Rubbish wasn’t emptied and smelled terrible, the fire place didn’t work unless the door was left open, the kitchen was riddled with mice, especially the oven, which ment we couldn’t use it as mice poo was all through it, the couches we very uncomfortable which ment we spent the majority of the time sitting on the floor. It was fully fenced as there was tree felling next door which ment the fence was taken down so the dog had to be on a lead when outside.

Great location, within easy walking distance of the hot pools, cafes and shops. Dog friendly. Log fire and several other sources of heating. Quiet back section.

Only 1 wineglass, so recommend you take your own. Home needs some general maintenance. The broken blinds make the home look unloved. Enter through the sliding door as the back door lock doesn't always lock & unlock. Unfortunately no kindling for the fire but there is an axe if you're comfortable using it to cut your own. More warm blankets would be beneficial as they are only summer weight and we were there on some very cold nights and its not yet winter.

Proximity to town and amenities is superb. A fully fenced yard was a bonus for our dog.

A number of things were broken, didn't work properly and there were some items that presented a hazard especially for pets and children. We paid a premimum price for budget accomodation. While we really enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and comfortable, reality did not match the online presentation. If we had paid less for your stay we would have found the place to be exceptional.

Easy walk to pools and cafes and nice walking tracks. Comfortable stay was great to be able to bring our dog. Nice fenced in area for kids to play.
