Location, staff, interior decor, checkout time, and house keeping included the water bottle in fridge.

The room did not have any amenities for tea and coffee, making it very difficult in the mornings and late nights.. There wasn't even a glad to drink water.

Super uncomfy "chair" (bench?) next to the table, impossible to sit on for more than 5 minutes Thermostat having no specific temperature setting, just a vague hot/cold slider Poor sound and light isolation on the windows No non-slip treatment in the shower (almost fell multiple times, very slippery) Reception at check-in said I had breakfast paid for, but when I went for breakfast I was advised it was actually not paid for Breakfast area is very disorganised, breads/toast are far from the entrance so you have to go there first, then you go back to the entrance for eggs/sausage etc., absolutely worst designed order I've ever encountered in a hotel
