Apartments Del Mar

Nice location and personnel, very big room, all the needed kitchen equipment was there. There is a great pool, a lot of markets nearby and 5 min to the beach.

It feels like the hotel needs a bit of renovation as a lot of facilities were old, especially in the bathroom

Location is very good. Garage for car, elevator from garage to rooms. All of that was good. Large and nice room. Excelent staff.

Internet connection was very very poor. We had a lots of problems with that.

The location for the apartment was perfect - a short walk to Petrovac beach with nice restaurants and bars, which made it super convenient and chilled. The receptionist was so helpful and lovely and even helped us park out car in the tight garage and accommodated our early check out. The pool looked nice although unfortunately weather was too cold for us to go in!

The room was a little dated with a bit of an ant problem, but could be perfect with a little update. Parking garage is a little tight but made so much easier with the help of the lovely receptionist.

Room was massive and the bed was 6ft wide. Lovely balcony.

The air conditioning was very noisy and would make cracking noises in the night. I had to switch it off and sleep in the heat.

The location is great and the cleaning ladies were super nice!

So, this is the first time I will write such a review. Everything on the property is pretty much depleted and old and needs to be fully refurbished. The shower batteries were full of scale, and I think it costs about 5€ to replace them… So that about says how much they invest in it to make profit. BUT, all that is something we could not care less about. What made me give them a bad review is the fact that they could not care less about the material damage made to our car as a result of their negligence. So the property itself has few parking spots in the garage, and when we arrived we were offered a distant parking spot in the open that they provide. We said if something opens up in the garage to let us know as we have a 5 month old baby, stroller etc. Firstly the receptionist Natasa offered a very narrow spot which is not for bigger cars (hence a lot of marks on the wall) and we have an SUV so my husband said to let us know when a better spot opens and we will until then use the distant spot (10min walk uphill). Our friends arrived 3 days later also with an SUV and were immediately given a great spot and easily accessible. My husband again asked the receptionist and she said they like to keep these spots for foreigners (so they do not get bad review from them on booking). So for the whole time we stayed there (with a small baby) they never again offered any spot and the garage was actually mostly filled with rent-a-cars. So due to heavy rain yesterday our friends decided to leave earlier and my husband went down to the reception and wanted to inform the receptionist to give us their spot (so we can pack easier) and she said that she already offered that spot to some newcomers. Not sure, maybe we were supposed to bribe her or something. Anyhow this morning there was an unpleasant surprise for us as due to heavy rain and hailstorm our car was damaged on the open parking spot and has small dents on the roof and hood of the car.

the apartment was immaculate. staff were really friendly and accommodating. parking anywhere in petrovac is a nightmare, however, this hotel offers free parking a short walk from the apartments taking the stress of finding somewhere to park away.

Lovely spacious studio (felt more like an apartment), with a balcony perfect for morning coffees. Convenient location and very helpful staff.
