Boutique Hotel Casa Art

A very cozy hotel decorated with beautiful ceramics, wooden furniture and paintings, I really enjoyed the design. The beds were comfortable. Chimney in the room while snowing made it even cozier. The restaurant was also really cozy and food was very delicious. Amazing ceramics workshop - a must do!!!

Overall it was great, my only feedback is that there was a bit of dust on the floor in the room so they can be a bit more careful with the cleaning. Also, it was quite cold at the lobby and we couldn’t really sit there to enjoy the beautiful furniture.

מקום סופר ייחודי בעיירה אורשק שליד טרויאן. הגענו אליהם די במקרה בחיפוש בבוקינג וזה היה שווה ביותר. הגענו באמצע אוקטובר ולא היו הרבה אורחים במלון כך שממש יכולנו להרגיש את תשומת הלב של בעלת המקום והצוות. המקום צבעוני, ענק, מעוצב בייחודיות, יש אפשרות לאכול ארוחת בוקר וערב במקום, אבל יש גם הרבה מסעדות מסביב. השתמשנו בספא - ג'קוזי וסאונות, תוך כדי שתיית תה מפנק. היה מקסים ביותר!

היה איזה עניין עם התשלום שלנו בסוף. העובדות במקום לא היו סגורות על המחיר ונתנו לנו מחיר גבוה יותר ממה שסגרנו דרך בוקינג. בסוף הן ממש התנצלו ותיקנו את המחיר. כך שהכל הסתדר והרגשנו שזה גם חלק מהקסם של המקום...

Nice rooms and concept of the hotel

Indoors pool and jacuzzi didn’t work. Neither outdoors pool. Customer service is none existent. Food taking 1+ hours to be cooked in restaurant. Breakfast was cold with banitsa most likely cooked the night before. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, so if going with small child that wakes early there is no breakfast available in good time. Booked massage but they forgot to call the masseur. Room wasn’t cleaned even once for 5 days not bedding or towels changed. There was special evening on 24 May with loud music until 22:45 that you could hear in the rooms so my child wad disturbed.
