The elevators were broke our entire stay, we were on the 5th floor lots of stairs

The room was dirty. Couch was dirty and stained, the couch bed was terrible even by couch bed standard, the room smelled of urine, there were not enough lights in the room so that even with all the lights on the room was dark. There was no safe in the room and did not feel safe leaving valuables around. The whole unit for 5 people had only 1 drawer. There did not appear to be many guests, but we were placed next door to a loud family that banged on the walls all night and played loud music. We did not enjoy this place at all. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.

Very poor expeience; from the lack of a working elevvator to the urine smellibg bed.

The elevator was broke the duration of my stay, I climbed to the 7th floor multiple times a day with a bad hip

It was a terrible experience. First of all, we book a room form 5 members of the family, and It didn´t have enough beds for 5. Just 2 queens. I have 3 teenagers. I had to complain and they move us to a similar room, but with a sofa that converts in a bed. Then cleanness of the room. The first day, they didn´t clean the room. The second day, it appear that they did the bed, but they took out all the towels, and didn´t replace them. We have to call the reception to get the towels. The 3 day, we arrive at night, and the elevetor wasn´t functioning, so we have to use the stairs to the 7th floor. When we arrived we didn´t have toilet paper, we tried to call the reception, and the telephone wasn´t working, I had to look for the telephone in the app of hoteles.com, to call from my cell to the reception and ask for the toilet paper. Because we didnt´ want to go back to the reception desk and got the toilet paper because the elevators weren´t out of service. But yes, they brought the toiltet paper at 1:30am in the morning, waking me at that hour. Yes the pillows were comfortable also the beds, but the general experience wasn´t a good one.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Also, the hallway had a strong food smell, possibly from nearby cooking. It was quite noticeable and may bother some guests. Just something to keep in mind.

The stay was horrible! We get there and they tell us we are on the 7th floor and then proceed to say the elevator is broken but will be fixed today and then the receptionist says it's just one step at a time. The next day we asked to be moved to a lower level floor and we were jokingly told they only have a room on the 6th floor. Then we finally get changed to the 2nd floor and the room smelled of mold and mildew and there were only 10 channels available on the tv ...and let's not talk about breakfast how the sausage had a green hue to them and the eggs which were powder we are guessing we're not mixed well at all.....I will never stay with them again and I will be asking for a refund

Elevators did not work for a whole day. Had to use the stairs to go up and down up to six floors.

Sole elevator went down in the middle of a week stay. Never fully came back up. Wouldn’t have been so bad but we were on the top floor
