The technical support, when AC had an issue, I and my family spent a night without it in such hot summer. Additionally the cover of the swimming pool area broke due to rains we had but no body responded to me to fix it

Good location, nicely laid out for family.

I thought that it was quite expensive in comparison to similar houses in the area for the same time. We chose this particular house as it was closest to resort but there were many other houses within short walking distance which were less expensive.

We absolutely loved this property and would love to return again. Beautiful, Comfortable, and relaxing! Thank you

spacious home

the water in the pool and whirlpool were extremely cold. I called the management asking to turn on the heater in the whirlpool and the answer was they would charge additional 200$ to do so for 2 days remaining of the booking. I did not accept this condition. the main advertisement of this house is its pool and whirlpool.
