Home2 Suites by Hilton Lewisville Dallas We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels with our youngest son for various therapies, and I have to say—this was the cleanest and friendliest one yet. We originally booked a stay at the Homewood Suites down the road because we wanted a full kitchen, but that property turned out to be damp and dirty. After just one night there, we stopped by Home2 Suites to take a look around. The manager was incredibly understanding and encouraged me to check out the hotel and see the room before we rebooked. This was going to be a two week stay so I needed reassurance. Honestly, the Homewood was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had (my husband says he’s seen worse 😳), so I was a little shell-shocked. But from the moment we walked into Home2, the difference was clear. The cleaning and maintenance staff were constantly working, always smiling, and greeting guests. I even saw them wiping down every door on the second floor—twice (once a week)! The manager was also frequently visible, friendly, and engaged throughout the day. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding cleanliness and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

"Overall it was a great experience for my family and I love it but had more room for improvement."

Staff had good and respectful behavior place was nice and clean.

Restroom door wouldn’t line up to lock up, and plastic baseboard wasn’t sticking to the wall.
