Riad NaaNaa Bed & Breakfast

Definitely the service! Khalid was our host and a very good one! Apart from his kindness and availability, he was really helpful and even got out of his way for our comfort. The one time we had an excursion and we had to leave before the breakfast started, khalid didn’t just offered a piece of cake and tea, he made us the whole meal! And we were very grateful. I would also like to emphasise the relaxing vibes of the riad. In a chaotic city like Marrakesh, at the end of the day it is amazing to have a calm and soothing environment to recharge batteries for the next day, and NaaNaa is the one for that. It doesn’t even seem like you’re in the middle of the Mdina. And finally, I couldn’t forget to do an honourable mention to the Riad’s pet, a speedy and small turtle.

Good location in the Medina, easy walk to the central souqs. The courtyard of the riad and its small pool are a great way to relax and cool off after a day exploring the city. Our room on the second level was clean, comfortable and well-maintained - not the largest room we'll ever stay in, but that's all part of the riad experience. Khalid (the owner) is very friendly and helped us arrange a tour guide for the Medina and with restaurant reservations.

Beautiful riad close to lots of markets and great restaurants but very quiet and safe location. Comfortable beds and great breakfast made every morning. Khalid who was our host was the loveliest, most helpful and kind man and helped us with all of our questions. Would highly recommend

The Property had an excellent location. It was very clean and had a beautiful interior. Khalid was an amazing host and was always at hand to help or offer recommendation. Also helped us book an excursion to Agafey desert

Can’t say enough great things about this place. The Riad is absolutely beautiful, the room and bed was very spacious and comfortable, the location is perfect, and Khalid was an exceptional host.

Really friendly and helpful host Khalid who helped with itineraries & restaurant choices. Beautiful courtyard where we had a large breakfast everyday. Hammam available but we didn't use it. The rooftop was a suntrap and peaceful, the rooftop bar was not in use when we were there (Feb). The double room we had was compact with all the basics, and clean and decorated tastefully. The shower was hot! The rooms were quiet and completely blackout with the curtains closed so we slept well! Location great for the main shopping souk semmarine

The room was on the ground floor next to the hammam, so possibly the reason for a damp smell. The room was also a little dark but also probably as we were on the ground floor under the balcony of the rooms above. Only proper negatives are we only had 1 pillow each and the mattress was a little sunken. There was no dresser/table or huge space for 2 suitcases but not expected in a riad style room (small clothes rail, shelves and windowsill instead)

The staff at the Riad were lovely, the open roof Terrance was also a perfect place to sit where we drank authentic Moroccan tea prepared by the riad hosts. The location was within the souks so only a 7 minute walk to the middle of the medina.

The property was down some back streets in location that we didn’t feel comfortable walking down at night. Our bedroom door also didn’t lock from the inside so at night we had to sleep with it unlock (although asking the riad did not fix this).

Beautiful riad with beautiful interiors and decorations, rooftop terrace was great and the whole place was incredibly clean and spotless. Our room was beautiful and the breakfast was great too. Also really great location - down a couple of quieter roads so very nice and quiet but still right in the centre and in and amongst the markets. If you’re luck you might even see the property’s pet tortoise Niinii come out and say hello at breakfast
