QUU HOTEL Chiang Mai

Luxurious, modern and very clean. Very friendly staff. Great location just outside the city wall. Spacious room with comfortable (big) shower.

Breakfast was sufficient but basic. You have to decide the day before on what type of breakfast you want (e.g. Thai breakfast, continental, etc.). We chose continental but found it a bit basic (toast, jam, little croissant, plain yoghurt and fruit).

I liked their breakfast and the location of the hotel...close to everything and i mean everything! I also love that the beds had so many comfortable pillows😍 The staff were super friendly and v v v helpful😍

The rooms are a bit too small i feel. I also found it odd that there was no kettle in the room...i love a hot cup of tea before i retire to bed so i missed that😜

A really nice and modern hotel with large rooms! They were all super friendly and helpful. It was also pretty quiet despite being directly next to the road around the old town. Location is great, walking distance to old town, even night market is like 20min walk (so doable).

We liked everything about this property. First of all the staff is amazing. They are happy, polite, thoughtful and very helpful. The location is convenient for exploring the old city, being picked up by a taxi, and being on the path of hotels to be picked up for tours or cooking classes. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The hotel and rooms are very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. An excellent choice for a visit to Chiang Mai.

High spec rooms pillows and beds very comfortable, air con and fridge both work great and are quiet bathroom water pressure and temperature are perfect wifi also awesome . Staff are brilliant. Breakfast is set menu but has 7 different options all are good maybe take the Thai/asian options as they are better I think.

The road outside that you have to cross to get to the old city is a pain you can walk to the north east corner of moat which makes it easier to cross due to traffic lights.

Elegant and chic hotel in an excellent central location in Chiang Mai. Modern rooms and a lovely breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Excellent value hotel and cheaper than other hotels that are a lot less quality.

Location, cleanness and comfort

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied. Limited options for European people. The staff at reception did not know much about suggestions to do around. No shower in our room, just a bath with no protection from the water splash (a bit uncomfortable).

Perfect base for our time in Chiang Mai. Hotel was spotless, breakfast superb, fantastic artwork and staff extremely helpful. Everything in walking distance. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend. Thanks again

The junior suite is very spacious with lots of day light. Always feels like staying in an art gallery or cafe.

The junior suite faces the main road so it’s quite noisy at night with sounds of traffic.
