The friendly staff. The room organization and decor. Breakfast was nice. It was also great to have coffee and tea available around the clock. The overall vibe of the hotel was positive.

Only one item, the glass door on our shower did not stay shut, allowing water to get on the floor.

The room was clean, the television worked well, the shower was hot.

At about 9 AM the morning that I was leaving but before I checked out, I went out to my car that was parked in the back parking lot. When I tried to come in the back door by the elevators, my plastic card didn't work so I tried my digital key, that also didn't work. So I had to walk around to the front entrance and went to the front desk. When I approached, the desk clerk was on the phone, however, the conversation left me standing there in front of her for about 5 minutes. The phone call did not appear to be entirely business, if at all. Another employee cleaning the floor saw that I had been waiting for several minutes, walked over and smiled and told me someone would be with me shortly. The woman behind the desk just continued her conversation like I didn't exist. She apparently forgot that she is there to serve customers. When the call ended I told her that I hadn't checked out yet but my room key and digital keys no longer worked. No apology for waiting or for the key problem. I expected nothing but hospitality. That was my only negative comment, everything else was great.

The location was great. Another Tru we stayed at had a bigger variety of hot foods.
