Happy Stay Inn Madisonville I-69 By OYO

Moved to 3 different rooms within the first 30 minutes of being there... beds were full of human hair left behind, walls had smashed roaches smeared on the walls

This facility really needs updating. Even with the rooms being cleaned, it’s hard to tell because everything needs to be renovated- the right way and not with cheap materials.

The outlets in the hotel room didn’t work. The counters were filthy. The shower was disgusting. Would not come back.

The ice and gas station.

Soaps, one of the beds, bugs, accusations of staff, getting locked out of room and being told we were to leave before stay was concluded. No breakfast. Noise. Also reserved smoking room and was told no smoking in the room.

If it was not for the fact, I was exhausted and driving in dark and rain I would’ve requested a refund and went somewhere else. It was dirty and falling apart. I was able to find one pillow out of the four that looked clean. And for being a non-smoking room, there was several Cigarette burns in the comforter.

price was reasonable

That was close to the highway for easy access

The rooms remind me of. A horror film with no color just a bed, TV, and chair. Also. The TV in my first one. Was. Busted.. told the people up front and they told me to just unplug it. The was. Saying. They knew it was busted
