Hotel was very clean and room was nice. My only complaint is from the noise from restaurant next door. I wasn’t expecting the loud music and base lasting until midnight.

"Friendly staff!"

We were very happy with our weekend stay at The Cranberry! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with our family. The only downfall is the sound-proofing, or maybe just having very loud visitors on the floor above us and the fact that our room overlooked the bar across the street that had loud live music until fairly late Saturday night. It is a newer updated facility and we enjoyed the space in our room and the common spaces available for family to meet up. I would definitely stay again!

Parking was difficult with the restaurant next door but the hotel was recently renovated, very clean, and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

"One of the best hotels in WV"

This is such an amazing hotel! I enjoy staying here because the staff is friendly, and rooms are clean and beautiful. My balcony faced the parking lot, but hey it is WV there were plenty of trees to see and lots of birds to hear. I love this place!
