The view , staff very nice, and close to restaurants!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern. The room was spacious, with plenty room for our family of 3 to spread out. Breakfast was very good, although it would have been nice if there were some simpler (and less expensive) choices -- we had vouchers, but they only covered a specific dollar amount per person. Location was ideal for getting a taxi or ride share and for the river tours. Hotel also provided umbrellas for guest use. The view was excellent! We loved looking out over the pier.

I suspect there are staffing shortages (as with most hotels these days), because housekeeping completely missed/skipped our room one day and was so late in coming two other days (after 4:00 pm) that we were back in our room already to get ready for our evening out. (This was a 5-day stay.) Thankfully, the room was very clean when we arrived. Calling for extra towels was fine.

The property was clean and modern. The location in my opinion is the BEST as it’s right on the Navy Pier. The parking was a little weird an inconvenient but nothing too bad.

The parking… the valet was 76 a day the garage was 57 a day.
