The owner is very sweet and nice and allowed my husband and I 30 minutes past our check out time so I'm very grateful for that

No coffee machine or coffee pouch.

Sofa has stains on it.

Location is on the mainstreet, but building is setup away from the street. It was quiet and I found good sleep.

Very rude and aggressive to try and charge you a smoker fee when you don’t smoke, wanted refund gave me a hard time for refund and verbally were rude and unprofessional

The Owners act like they are back home the culture is negative and their attitude is not hospitality worthy unless you are back in the Middle East then 5 stars

I didn't like the fact that they were very dishonest. I booked the room through booking.com and after we checked in they went to the booking.com on their end and canceled the room. So you wait till people check in and then you cancel the booking.com portion of it? Then they charged us $20 because my wife smoked outside and they said that when they went into the unit they could smell cigarettes. Well I know that's a lie because I don't smoke and if my wife smells like cigarette it gags me so she makes sure that she puts some spray on her clothing and washes her hands and stuff. There was no smell of cigarette in that room whatsoever. So this outfit is extremely dishonest. Attached you will find the receipt of the night that they said the room was canceled. Is all they did was cut booking.com out of their fee.

I liked the internet; it was good and fast. A decent hotel room. The bathroom and room were also very clean, and garbage and recycling cans were provided. However, the carpet was too old and had some permanent stains on it.

The room was a little cold, the heater was not working well, and the room also still smells a bit of smoke.
