After not even an hour of checking in there were roaches crawling around the room and on the walls, the bathroom toilet was also dirty and you can visibly see the mold in the bathroom. Pictures were provided to the front desk of the roaches.

Not clean at all!

Room 106 toilet didn’t flush TV didn’t work when I talked to the manager about the toilet he says I’ll get on that then the next night I came and I said did you find out what was wrong with the TV and 106? He said they had the wrong remote in there.

First of all, no one was at the front desk you press the bell nothing happens. Nobody comes. You have a problem in your room. Nothing gets fixed just excuses. Whoever the manager is, I heard nothing from them. Talk to a guy yesterday named Gary. Gary did nothing for me said he was gonna report this to the manager today, but I wonder if I’ll even hear from the manager.

No glasses in the rooms; kitchenette not usable, we’re told that they were out of glasses but were ordered! There was a Publix within walking distance. Strong chemical smell when getting off of the elevator

My shower water came out dark brown at first, got better as the week went on but still brown water at first, asked the staff to fix it done nothing the first day in to il I sent a message through booking.com then told me it was ok! WiFi was awful, rooms very noisy
