great breakfast and amazing location. Everything was fantastic

If you want somewhere away from the maddening crowd this is the place! Immersed high above Lake Garda but close enough to enjoy the offerings of the area. You won't be disappointed.

A spacious apartment in a beautiful area, with a lake view, greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The only small downside was the narrow access road, but once you’re there, it’s worth it! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Nowhere was it mentioned that there is an additional charge for a dog, and while I have no problem with it, this should have been stated in the listing or upon arrival during check-in. The apartment has a lot of decorations, many of which are unnecessary and just collect dust. It would be better to have more practical items, such as a small mirror or ironing board, and salt, olive oil, or something similar in the kitchen for guests who wish to prepare their meals. We didn't use the breakfast option because the price was significantly overpriced.

The house and location were beautiful. Also the girl at the reception was lovely, kind and helpful.

Few hours after checking in, when it went dark outside, we started noticing big (1,5-2 cm x 1 cm) bugs in the living room and bedroom. They are called stinky bugs in english. They were on the curtains, walls, lamps, sofa and occasionally flying around. I caught over 10 of them, but new kept appearing. In total I probably saw 20-30 bugs. I called the reception who organised the owner there. She said that the bugs are normal in this house (!) and it is our problem if we dont like them. My daughter refused to sleep in the apartment and we ended up sleeping in the car in the parking lot. We were provided with blankets. In the morning, the owner was very rude and did not agree to refund. She continued to say that the bugs in the rooms are normal (I have been to Italy lots of times and none of those times were there bugs in the rooms). The level of rudeness of the owner Daniela was something I have never experienced before. She was yelling at us in front of other guests and continued to do so until we drove away. I paid for 2 nights in full price for sleeping one night in the car and leaving in the morning at 9. If those bugs are normal in this property, it should be mentioned in the description. If it is not mentioned, then the property should refund the guests who dont feel comfortable with big bugs. And in no way it is acceptable to treat the guests in such a horrible way.

Great location on the hill with amazing view. Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location is amazing , peaceful . The appartment is very good size for family . Very clean and cozy . Staf are amazing (good and nice ppl) BeautIful pool .

The beds are not comfy . The bath door dpsnt close properly . So its leaking
