Cerquido Village

Everything was perfect. The views, the place structure, the pool and jacuzzis. The design is very authentic and modern. We loved stay in NHôme. We legit like home. Very relaxing and calm place. Very nice and kind staff. We will go back for sure.

The view and surroundings are beautiful. Very green and peaceful! The house we rented was lovely and well equipped. We really appreciated the attention to details. Complimentary bottle of wine, chocolate cake, biscuits for our dog :)

The property was clean, private, well equipped and outside of the accommodation the facilities (such as both pools, Jacuzzi, outside areas) were fantastic in the natural backdrop.

the accommodation is quite remote. you have to take that into account. You also have to pay extra for towels and bed linen which I found a little bit strange considering the price.

I recently visited this property with a friend for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing ordeal due to a dangerous encounter with a male guest in the indoor jacuzzi room while I was alone, who got extremely aggressive and kept asking me to leave despite me just arriving. When I informed the manager about this guest aggressively cussing at me, yelling, and even lunging at me several times threatening to physically assault me, their response was shockingly inadequate. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, they giggled on the phone & claimed that such incidents had never occurred. They promised to speak with the guest, but I never received any follow-up or apology. This inaction completely ruined what was meant to be a peaceful retreat, leaving me stressed & afraid to use any facilities for the remainder of my stay. I was in shock at how rude the guest was & something about my appearance was angering him more and more as I was trying to diffuse the situation and repeating that I would leave early, but to give me 10mins as I felt unsafe alone in that room with no one around. He told me he would go get the manager & I told him to please do- hoping for a witness to his behavior. Instead in 5 mins he barged back in & this time being more aggressive. At this point I was out of the jacuzzi to dry off, still in my swimwear- he could see that I was leaving but was lunging at me and gesturing to grab me while I held up my hands to protect myself completely stunned, he kept shouting at me. Eventually I grabbed my towel and ran out in my swimsuit, humiliated and terrified. As a female by myself, I was alone in a room in the middle of no where, and verbally assaulted, threated with physical assault, with no one around to see what just happened- and the property managers did nothing. I do not recommend this property for women or people from outside of the region as this man was clearly getting angered just by looking at me.
