Einmal gebaut, nie wieder geschaut. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Badewannen sind kein Standard mehr.

Das Hotel liegt schön am Rande von Willingen mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Zimmer (Comfort Plus) waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und war gut organisiert.

Leider muss man am Wochenende, wegen den feiernden Gästen vor Ort, mit einer nicht so ruhigen Atmosphäre rechnen. Schade, dass in der Tanzbar die Musik nicht von einem DJ aufgelegt wurde.

De ligging van het hotel met de ondergrondse tunnel naar het zwembad, de bios en de ijsbaan was top. Ontbijtbuffet was ook prima. Ik had last minute een extra dag bijgeboekt en dat was prima geregeld. Dames bij de receptie waren behulpzaam. Het Italiaanse restaurant in het hotel is ook echt een aanrader! De kamer was licht en ruim opgezet. Fijn balkonnetje, mooi uitzicht.

We verbleven van zondag t/m vrijdag. Onze bedden zijn 1 x opgemaakt, maar geen enkele keer verschoond. Schone handdoeken hebben we 1x gekregen na herhaaldelijk vragen bij de receptie. Wc papier heb ik uiteindelijk zelf maar uit de toiletten beneden in de hal gehaald, want dat kregen we ook niet. Ik kreeg de indruk dat wanneer ik niets gezegd had over de handdoeken, we die ook nooit gekregen hadden…. Jammer. Vooral omdat de rest van het hotel erg goed was.
