Nice room with cute vibe

Was extremely dirty and the shower didn’t work unfortunately, the cleaner that lives there is nice but does a bad job at cleaning

The host was responsive , it was close a bus stop that takes you to the city

First thing when arriving - the whole place smelled strange and when I entered my room it didn’t smell there very good either. Not sure where the smell was coming from - perhaps the carpet. The shared bathroom would have been ok if it had been clean. Really appealing state of the bathtub , very dirty , I could smell urine in the bathroom and there was hair caught up in the shower head and hair in he sink and bathtub . Spider webs hanging from the door. Then just as I was going to lay in my bed I noticed hair all over the bedsheet - this made me feel super uncomfortable…. This is really unacceptable…. The kitchen- also not clean at all …….

"The place was cosy clean and tidy with most needs met. Maybe a little run down but convenient and very comfortable"

We liked the fact that we were the only people staying there so we didn’t need to share the bathroom with anyone else!

Apart from no tea towel and a shortage of cutlery there was nothing we didn’t like

"It served it's purpose. I managed to get a good sleep & a shower."

It served it's basic purpose.

There wasn't much communication. The kitchen cupboards could be degreased with sugar soap. Couldn't find the iron? The signage for shoes off in property & fine for those in breach of this should be better advertised. Luckily I read the sign upon entering front hall. The bathroom tiles could do with being regrouted. The bathroom mirror could be hung level & looked loose. And there was quite a few cobwebs about the ceilings. Possibly inform guests there is a big step down into the rear room. Also the room could do with being aired out.....the air was stale. Realistically I only needed somewhere to get a sleep. And just highlighting things that could be corrected easily.
