Estate4home - Namily house

Love it.

Almost perfect. The outside area wasn't thaaaat nice, with old furniture, etc, but still, very comfy. But that's just me being picking.

The place was comfortable and clean. There were a few tricky aspects. One was that it said the home was all on one level. What it left out was that you had to climb up and down about 20-25 stairs to get to the property.

The property said ocean view. When we sat on the terrace, there was no ocean view. If we stood between two buildings, there was a small ocean view. The description needed to be accurate. “Partial ocean view or obstructed view”.

We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer. This night in Positano was our special booking.

The built of the property is quite good.

The shower holder , the coffee machine needs changing .

We loved the master bedroom and the shared areas! The staff was super friendly and were easy to communicate with!

Second bedroom didn’t have AC just a fan.

big apartment, nice balcony, and they provided welcome drink, water and snacks

very bad location.. it’s on the very top of Positano. you need to climb all the steps of Positano and it’s more than 40 minutes walking.. it’s way to much and far from the center. using google maps it says only 11minutes but this wrong!

Cute little apartment. Beautiful big deck with a peek-a-boo view. It's in a convenient location with the bus stop in front, but it is at the very top of the town with a lot of steps to get to it, so you will definitely be using the bus! The pullout bed in the living room is very uncomfortable.
