Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Room was lovely. Breakfast was very poor the only good thing was the pancakes service very slow. Considering it was a 5* hotel on arrival we wanted to have a a nice cold beer the only place to sit was in the lobby & beer was warm & crisps that were served with were stale & smelt really bad we told the waiter he took them away but didn’t replace them with new ones. Staff had very little knowledge of surrounding area we asked what we could go & see & they had no answer. We are in the hospitality industry & we can tell your staff need some serious training & hotel areas lounge areas need to be looked at to reach 5* standards.

Fresh berries, freshly cooked breakfast, top restaurant.

Lift to go up the floor was not so convenient. We used stairs.

We were disappointed with the suggestion for dinner. We asked to book a Japanese restaurant, after had been suggested a Italian, the restaurant we requested was, Hashimoto. The restaurant that was booked was IZAKAYA Hashimoto, which is more of a cafe. The food was fine but not what we had asked to be booked.
