Loved the pool, loved that Denny’s was attached

Well located, lots of shopping options nearby. The front staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave welcome water and cookies on arrival, coloring sheets to our kids and there was a little package for us prepared when we were leaving with goodies. Free complementary continental breakfast had lots of options. Slide at the pool is great to have with kids. Room was spacious and clean, the hotel was well kept and modern.

There was a carbon monoxide detector plugged in in the living room which started to beep lodly every 2 min at 1 am waking up all of us making our kids cry. The front desk stuff was very helpful to solve it it took and hour for them to figure it out but it was very unpleasent situation. The hot tub was broken during out stay and couldn’t use it unfortunatley and no robes provided.

Jacuzzi suite booked weeks in advance. Old shooting out of the jets. No hot water to rinse off. Had to ask house keeping multiple times just to come in the room. When they did they didn't vacuum or resupply. I had to keep asking front desk to send them back. My check out date is tomorrow as well not today. Also couldn't switch rooms or hotel. I came here because this is where I come for the hot air balloon festival. I will never come back here again and will make sure the festival goes elsewhere.

If my jacuzzi worked. If my room got cleaned. Ruined my Christmas and my childrens

This hotel continues to be one of the nicest Best Western properties we use. The staff is very friendly and professional, the hotel is well designed and maintained and the breakfast is always delicious. The omelets are particularly good.

We spent 2 nights at the Best Western Medecine Hat. The facility is very new and clean. The Breakfast experience was top notch, best we have had with this hotel group, family members used the hot tube and pool, both were very clean and not too busy. We had some heating system noises the first night, we were immediately moved to an upgraded room. The manager located us at breakfast and discussed the issue in person. We left a pair of glasses in the room we were moved from, we got a text in about 20 minutes notify they and found them and delivery to our room was in process. Front desk staff were great, greeted up cordially when checking in and out. Overall it as a very good experience We will definitely be recommending this location to anyone coming to Medecine Hat.

This location in my opinion is one of the best BWP's in Canada. I stay here every month when I'm in the area. First when you walk-in you are always greeted with a friendly smile. The staff here generally gives the vibes that they actually care. They don't try to rush through like they have better things to do. Different from most locations I have stayed at, they never forget to thank you for being a loyal member, they offer free water in your chose of room temp or cold. Also they usually have fresh fruit and/or cookies you are able to grab as you head to your room - just a little added touch I like. The lobby and dining area to right is always super clean and inviting. The rooms are always very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms have nice big walk-in showers, bright lighting if you need to shave or do make-up. Linens are always soft and fresh smelling. Beds are always comfortable with a good mix of pillows on the beds(soft and firm). Rooms are typically pretty quiet, I have never had a problem with noise or any loud neighbors. This location has one of the best breakfasts in my opinion. Whether you like cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt and fruit, bacon, eggs and toast. They serve it! They even offer gluten free options for those that need it. If you don't have time to eat before you go in the morning; they usually have a to go bag at the front desk that has a muffin, granola bar, apple and a juice box or bottle of water. There is a pool at this location; however I can't speak about it as I have never used it. That being said, the families and kids I see coming out of there always seem to be having a good time. It's located across the street from a plaza that has a Walmart, CT, Petsmart, dollar store, subway, sushi, Starbucks a couple restaurants and so much more. I just wish there was a Tim Horton's in there - all good though, it's just down the road. All in all this location is a great value for the dollar in my opinion. I have definitely paid more for a lot less at Best Westerns across Canada.

The front lady was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, funny and she helped us with any questions we had about Medicine Hat and the attractions.

How slow the elevators were, but not really a biggy.

We found this hotel on the way to Calgary. After 10 hours of driving this was the perfect stop. Staff were friendly. Our room was perfect. Breakfast with the omelette bar was exactly what we needed. We will re-route our next trip out west to ensure we stop here.
