121 Hotel by AvantStay – Modern Comfort in Nashville's West End

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and at a very good location. We were there for the Parthenon, so only a 2-minute walk. Timothy was very kind & helpful when I reached out to customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time i visit Nashville!

Clean, walkable

Property was great however, they lost my booking from Hotels.com which is not convenient with the no staff on site format. Took two calls and long wait time with customer service to resolve. After resolved, was not sent all codes needed to access room. Experience was irritating after a long day of travel.

Overall, a nice room, I liked the keyless entry and not having to check in at a front desk, however, we did have some issues during our stay. Air conditioner broke mid-trip, we woke up to the room being 80+ degrees and they were unable to fix it. They did offer fans and a dehumidifier to help with the situation. Was not provided enough sheets or a blanket for the pull out couch, let the local team and AvantStay know, and eventually had to buy our own

There were many sets of earplugs and I understood why by the second night. The codes to get into every room were very loud and constantly going on and off as guests fumble with the door codes. The door codes were super convenient though but loud.

The staff are brilliant, there is albeit no outlook our room had, the walls are paper thin, every night we got disturbed when people came in through the front door The parking outside has just 7 spots when that gets full, off street parking is your option and there are some good ones but not on premises

The stay was excellent. The only issue we had was trying to get in the first time. We never received an email for us to sign the agreement which would give us the code to get in. After talking to the right person, he was helpful and we got things squared away.
