Very clean room and friendly staff.

Staff is great. Kimberley, at the front desk, was awesome and fun. Room was unique and very comfortable. Restaurant staff were also great and food was very good. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and great price

You have to step up about a foot to a wood platform to get to the bed. There’s some room to get around the bed at the foot, but the window side is about 8 Inches from the window. Not a pretty sight trying to get in and out of the 15 inch mattress. Very comfortable once you get in bed!

Because of a morning meeting I had at Fort Carson, we asked for a late checkout (12pm) so my wife could wait for me in the room. (Their check out is 10am) But they flat out refused, and charged me $10 for an eleven oclock check out. We will not be back.

The room was not what we exoected. The room was very small. The bed consisted of a mattress on a raised platform. The platform was larger thant the mattress, which resulted in the mattress moving around on the platform. The person sleeping on the inside side of the mattress needs to crawl over their partner or behind them on the platform, to exit the bed at night. You also have to pay 19.00 per day for parking. The parking is a private vendor. Overall, not a good experience or value for the money.

Bed and mattress weird not a king mattress for $200 a night is a bit ridiculous

This hotel was aesthetically pleasing, everyone was incredibly kind, the bed was comfortable, onsite parking was convenient, the restaurant was amazing, and location was great. Would definitely stay again.

I think the facility was relaxing, and very comfortable.

You have to pay for everything extra.. parking, breakfast, etc. So a lil overpriced, but overall relaxing stay. I don't like the fact you can't take pets into the suits, but aloud in other rooms, which doesn't make sense. I would've loved to have my Akita with me.
