El personal

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y cuando hace calor por qué sí que hace, no se puede abrir del todo la ventana. Hay que pedir papel a cada rato por qué solo dejan un rollo y tardan hasta una hora en llevarlo, no hay refri, ni servicio de hielo. Son muchas cosas, por lo que no repetiría

El desayuno estaba bien habían varias opciones, el hotel muy bonito tenía vista y se podría abrir la ventada por dicha, todo aseado había parqueo, ascensor la habitación estaba bonita y limpia estaba cerca del centro también, el staff muy atento y me gustó que habían opciones para comer casi todo el día.

Lo único que no me gustó tanto era el barrio donde estaba me refiero estaba super cerca del palacio de las Bellas Artes como a 10 min caminando pero en el barrio habían bastantes indigentes y caminar de noche por ahí no parecía buena idea, pero con pedir un uber o salir de día no había problema.

Otima estrutura fisica, wifi, quartos bons.

Apesar de perto do centro, os arredores imediatos do hotel são estranhos, sujos e aparentemente perigosos. Salvo o funcionário que realizou nosso check in (mal educado e arrogante, e dias depois sequer nos cumprimentou) os demais foram atenciosos e educados. Mas, ainda assim, não conseguiram resolver um simples pedido realizado (dias depois do check in fornecer uma nova garrada d'água, falaram que era a cafeteria e estes disseram ser a recepção).

La habitación limpia y ordenada el servicio de desayuno todo impecable

No habia aire acondicionado y las habitaciones son muy calurosas y no hay frigobar por lo que no se pueden consumir bebidas heladas

El servicio del hotel es excelente, el buffet aunque era lo mismo estaba muy rico los chicos del lobby súper atentos está muy céntrico a los lugares más emblemáticos y turísticos, las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero les hace falta o otro ventilador o el aire acondicionado

El calor en la habitación es horrible y la bulla en las noches por el paso de la via principal, la habitacion solo cuenta con un ventilador de techo en una velocidad minima, es muy necesario el aire acondicionado, en mi estancia no me cambiaron las toallas
