"Escapada a gusto"

Bonito lugar, la habitación y cama muy a gusto y la comida bien. La alberca templada (muy agradable). Aunque hay teléfono en la habitación, no sirven y no podía uno comunicarse a recepción, restaurante, etc y entonces los empleados venían varias veces al día a tocar tu puerta para ver que se ofrece. Falta señalización en áreas comunes (y pedir moderación a los huespédes en cuanto a ruido en alberca, música en cuartos, etc) y no hay instructivos en los cuartos con extensiones, servicios y uso de algunos equipos (p.ej Smart TV, Cable...)

It was a really nice experience. Malinalco is gorgeous and the hotel provided a wonderful base to relax. The pool was heated which made it fantastic to use. The service was friendly, attentive, efficient. The food was good. The setting just beautiful, the trees, especially the Amate tree, which I imagine names the place, were so magnificent. The sound of the river made it a very special place.I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitively go back.
