Robinetterie et débit d'eau dans la salle d'eau et cuisine. Il faudrait remplacer les robinets par des mitigeurs Pas de réglage possible de la température des pièces.

Appartement bien agencé. Résidence bien située. Piscine appréciable. Personnel efficace.

Rez de chaussé avec peu d'intimité. Balcon étroit pour pour pouvoir manger et circuler à 3 personnes.
