We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. We had to book unexpectedly, and even at 9:00 at night they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and great service really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!

"HORRIBLE STAY AND STAFF COULDN'T CARE LESS"

Breakfast was good and at least one member of staff tried to help

Couldn't find the reservation Night staff was NOT helpful NEVER cleaned the despite their own policy of how many nights we stayed TV did not work, bedside lights did not work and despite our requests these were NEVER fixed Kids ran around without parents - playing games in the elevators and tieing them up
