Flies everywhere, no food offered or nearby,cold shower, pictures totally misleading

I was informed that the room was assigned wrongly however the staff tried to salvage the situation by providing complimentary breakfast.

I was assigned to the wrong room. And the room has a prayer altar.

View was splendid…!!!! Staff was beyond words.. the best..!!!! Keep it up…!!! The best place if u guys planning on Tour for Mount Batur Sunrise..

Decent sized room with a comfortable bed.Friendly manager.

Flies,Flies and more Flies!plus the most rubbish around the outside of the complex that we have seen in Bali. The flies are apparently a result of the chicken manure used on the surrounding market gardens. The units need to have fly screens fitted. I suggest the staff have fly spray provided for the guests to use.We had to walk into village to find some. There are no eating places nearby for guests to use luckily their is a newly opened cafe a 10 min taxi ride away. We disliked the location so much that we booked to move on to Munduk after only being there for 3 hours and gave up 2 prepaid nights,the best decision we have ever made !the whole area around accommodation is very uninspiring,it's isolation needs to be conveyed. A couple of bedside lamps would be great as well.

The staff were exceptional and helped to arrange a trek up Mt Batur at very short notice. The location of the hotel is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. The location is hidden with a decent view of the lake and farm fields. Each villa is really nice.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. And the water pump for the pool was right behind the villa which was very annoying.

A nice place to discover Mount Batur. We did some hiking through the rural parts of the village. The stuff is helpful and will organize any tour or ride you need.

Epi was very helpful in checkin and all good 5 stay rate and jakuzzi. Baguss. 100% come again best place in Batur.
