Great stay, the staff were amazing so helpful, friendly and cheerful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice pool area for relaxing. A small bar for a drink. The breakfast was varied and made to order eggs as well. Kent, the young lady in the bar as well as the older gentleman were outstanding! thanks for such great service. Very walkable to old town area, Highly recommend this hotel.

Being hyper critical here but the breakfast buffet could have had better quality bread and pastries. The bikes were old - could have done with updating but were free at point of use and great for exploring the area.

Every body is friendly. The room is very good. Breakfast was nice. The swimmingpool is a plus. I enjoyed evers minute of my stay. To the old city, is about 15 minuten walk but the grab taxicabs are real fast and cheap to take you there. So thank you.

Washroom had no screen . No hook or hanger for hanging clothes in washroom.size of toilet very small. Restaurant timings only till, 2100 hours.No Indian meal options. No RO water arrangements.Only options to purchase.

Ideally situated with the old town about 10 minutes walk away, the river path two minutes and serviced by numerous taxis. The pool was great, the breakfast too and the staff were really helpful. We stayed some extra nights. Some might complain that it’s a long walk to the old town, we are 65 it was fine for us. We used the bikes to go for a ride around the paddy fields, a great way to see things on small bike / moped tracks. All in all a good stay

We had a Superior room for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and all in all extremely good value for money. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, attentive and most are also good English speakers. The location is a bit out (20 minutes walk to the market), but that also means it is out of the noise of town. My best recommendation

Just a pleasure to stay here! Terrific location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful facilities and the most friendly and welcoming staff, including Ngoc, Kent and Diem. The breakfast was excellent as well. They made our stay truly memorable.

Location a bit of a walk to old town but very quiet and relaxed. Staff were great! Breakfast location great, very inspiring to have there in the old structure. Hot options were great, especially the noodle soup and omelet station. Cold selection was good with juices, cut fruit, pastries, bread and cereals. Bar area was relaxing and felt fresh. Pool looked very clean

Was provided an iron in room without a board. Ironing with a towel on bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom drains were a little blocked on upper floor.
