De An Hotel

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good as well. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. The rooms were a bit small but clean. We just happen to be in Hoi An for the Full Moon festival which was beautiful to experience. Overall we had a very nice stay

I think the location was good but a bit farther than I thought from the center of Hoi An. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Unfortunately there was an incense used in the room that was very overpowering so we had to remove it and ask the front desk to not use in our room. The smell from it made it a bit hard to sleep the first night. The air con didn’t work too well either.

We didn't like all of the stairs.

The staff are attentive and kind. The hotel is out of the old quarter, with 15-20 mins walk. Calling Grab car is easy if it’s too hot to walk. Very quiet at night. There was no buffet breakfast on the second night of the stay but the staff asked you to choose from menu - which I actually enjoyed my noodle bowl more than the buffet.

We stayed for 4 nights at De An and had an absolutely wonderful time. Check in was smooth and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our room was very spacious and the pool area was such a nice place to relax. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access the main attractions in a short time, by foot or bike. All in all, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best beds and pillow. The location is perfect, not too far from oldtown and quiet. We made full use of the the free bicycles. Definitely will come back if we are in hoi an. Ala carte breakfast is good too! in the beautiful conserve heritage building in front.

Internet a little slow.

great location for accessing the old town as well as some of the surrounding areas by bike. The staff were great. The Wifi was good enough to work/teams calls with video, although I had to keep the room door open for video calls but this wasn’t too much of an issue.
