Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos. It will be necessary to check in online the day before arrival at the establishment. Reservations of more than 14 people will be considered a group and special conditions different from those that appear in your reservation confirmation will apply. Housekeeping service notice: The cleaning team will visit the property every 7 days during your stay. The purpose of this visit is to clean, ensure everything is in good condition, and water the plants. This visit is mandatory. It will take place in the morning hours, and your presence is not required. We kindly ask you to leave the rooms as tidy as possible to facilitate the team's work. Additional cleaning services are available upon prior request only. You will find trash bags, a broom, and a dustpan in the kitchen cupboard to help us maintain a clean environment. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
