Hotel Villaggio Le Stelline

Country location. On our days, we were the only guests. So very peaceful. Helpful staff. Simple but tasty breakfast.

AC not cooling but still ok at night.

All was closed, abandoned, dirty. The pool was green. Nobody was there to welcome us,. When somebody did show up, we were given an old room at the back, dark, and next to the loud sound of a machine. We decided not to stay, but were refused a refund. Booking did not help either.. unacceptable.

Lovely staff and the restaurant on site was/is super! Pool area was good and the overall location was super. Montefalco is cloeby and a nice visit. Close to other Umbrian sites/cities/attractions.

Rooms could have been slightly more comfortable - pillows were not great and the kitchen was not stocked well for cooking within the apartment.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the pool and the wide space outside with some play facilities was great for the kids.

The stairs in the room deviding the space wasn't comfortable for us as a family (not safe for young children, not comfortable going up and down at night). especially the bathroom being upstairs.

Posto molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione nella norma.

Posto tranquillo, pulito, ben gestito, con ristorante pizzeria sul posto. Colazione buona. Comodo inoltre come base per visitare tutti i paesini della zona. Prezzo giusto per quanto offerto.

Particolarmente spiccata la premura e l'attenzione verso il cliente

Struttura con comodissimo parcheggio vicino alle camere con ingressi indipendenti, piccolo spazio esterno con sedie e tavolino per ogni camera, quindi carino. Ben tenuto, bello da vedersi. Non comodissimo il fatto che il bagno sia al piano terra e la camera da letto con buon letto matrimoniale al piano soppalcato. Simpatico se vengono i figli che potrebbero dormire nel divano letto al piano terra. Il personale/proprietari sono molto disponibili a tutte le ore.
