O Atendente Luan foi muito prestativo e atencioso. Deu varias dicas de lical e ajudava em tudo que precisava. Colonia limpa e arrumada. Otima localização perto do metro e bares da rua augusta.

O quarto feminino é uma ótima opção, tem banheiro dentro, não é muito grande, mas tem cama com tomada e cortina o que é ótimo, então fiquei satisfeita. No mais destaco o atendimento do funcionário Luan que também foi super positivo, sempre solicito.

O hostel é uma boa opção pelo custo-benefício e pela localização que é uma das melhores. O atendimento é ótimo, fui bem recebida, todos são prestativos, principalmente o Luan que sempre foi atencioso e simpático.
