It had all the amenities you needed to start off with and it’s clean. Close to Disney and the neighborhood is safe.

We didn’t like the TV’s they were too complicated to set up,ROKU TV’s are better, the dishes were not clean. It’s time to update those cutting boards and the knife set. And a better way to check in. It should be a check in office so that no one holds up the line while coming in. That entrance is dangerous. The lady at the gate was rude.

"Over priced, uncomfortable, nice house, but we really did suffer there never again nor will I let my customers book here"

Nice unit

No propane so could t use the grill which was a huge purpose of choosing this place. The thermostat is locked at 75° so we all got to sweat throughout the night. How does it make sense to lock the thermostat at a high temp in a house with no fans at least in the bedrooms. In Florida in a place with vaulted ceilings. I own a travel agency and would never recommend or book this place for a customer. Also the customer service reps are terrible. $806 for less than 24 hours for us to suffer on my daughter’s birthday and no accommodations or even partial refund is insane . Again $806 for less than 24 hours to sweat all night and not be able to use the amenities .shame

"For the price it was not value for money for two people staying"

The bed needed fixing was too hard The pool needed cleaned Carpets a bit dirty and tv didn’t work properly Took ages to get into property on arrival because of security no longer operate with key codes but cards and we were given key code numbers
