Everything was perfect except the food as they have not mentioned that they serve pork which we did not know , or else everything was very peaceful and kind

Always a pleasant stay with wonderful hospitality from the reception welcome to checkout. The staff are very courteous and the rooms are well maintained. The room controls on ipad are so easy you use from temperature, curtains to the lights. The kitchen and dining room staff at pavilion are very helpful and the breakfast is tasty. All in all a stellar stay in Pondy.

Excellent service, comfort and hygiene. The welcome drink is very thoughtful and refreshing. We came with a baby and the staff provided custom meal. Will definitely come back to this property.

Hotel was well located. Close to the places to visit. The staff was very friendly and prompt in their service. However the restaurants were a bit overpriced. Overall food quality was very good

We had a relaxing stay . From the time we arrived to the point of checking out, the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean . The breakfast buffet had good options and the restaurant on level 1 offered pan Asian cuisine which we all enjoyed very much . A big thank you to all the staff .
