"Breakfast was amazing"

The service was second to none, location ,staff helpful and greeted you politely and smiled. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choices too. Room was clean and very tidy and the room was ready when arriving. Parking was good just outside the B&B for a small fee.

The only thing for us was it felt a little cold.

Very comfortable stay and excellent value for money. Clean, warm, great thick blackout curtains and it had all the things a lot of accommodation misses; our room had a large dressing table with mirror and stool plus a full length mirror. Plenty of glass bottled water available. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. Lovely staff, both Tony and Cheryl had great knowledge of the area. On their recommendation we went to Saibadee Thai restaurant; fabulous food! Superbly located for our theatre visit as well as a great pub, The Bohemian, both just a 2 min walk away. Very cheap parking with a permit purchased upon arrival at the accommodation at just £2.35 until 11am the next day! Take note Brighton and Southend!! Would highly recommend and will be back.

We weren’t keen on the shower curtain but not all rooms have them. The bathroom itself was very nice and great water pressure on the shower plus lovely, thick towels.
