Lovely hotel, in a good location. Beautiful room and the host Janine was so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Accommodation was clean and tidy, the decor was great(no flaking paint or broken fittings) and breakfast was good 👍

This is a lovely B&B within walking distance (12 mins) to Eastbourne town centre. Great breakfast, friendly staff and has a really homely feel about it. The lounge is lovely with all the books about the area. My room was very good. Wifi dropped at times but overall I was happy for 3 nights. I'd definitely stay again.

Wifi dropped at times. My towels were refreshed but my flannel wasn't but as it was my last night I used the flannel I'd packed in my bag.

Fabulous breakfast and great location- convenient for walking and exploring the town and coast.

Hassle free, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best, seemed instant. Also I couldn't see anywhere before arriving that there would be a charge of £10 for the dog. Accept there would be a charge but would have been nice to know prior to arrival. Beds were getting a little dated and not the best but still had a good sleep.

My heart sunk a little when I entered room 2. I booked the hotel based off of the loveliness of the rooms and the breakfast reviews! Room 2 wasn’t as modern and bright as the pictures advertised. But it was clean and comfortable. Didn’t overly appreciate the knock on my door at 9:40am asking if I’m going to breakfast. I had intended too based on the reviews but was simply too tired to get up. I take full responsibility for missing breakfast but feel the hotel missed a trick by then charging me the full amount on departure. It would have been a lovely gesture to maybe take £10 off or offer me something to take away even. I would definitely have returned had that been the case. Tea/coffee facilities wouldn’t go a miss in the room too. But overall a pleasant enough stay.

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Küste. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge zum Bestaunen und faszinierende Steinküste mit faszinierenden Exemplaren. 15' zu Fuss zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum. Es hat jedoch auch Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wunderschönes, charmantes altes Gebäude, liebevoll und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Wahnsinnig nette Menschen vor Ort. Besuchende und Gastgebende.

Ich bin kein Fan von Teppichen. Im Haus macht es jedoch den Charme mit aus.
