The rooms and the location

The pool was nothing amazing and the bar not so good

The rooms and rooftop bar/ pool area were exceptional.

The artwork in the room was a little creepy. It felt like circus characters were watching us sleep and take a shower

Pool was fantastic, the room was clean and the automatic curtains was a nice touch

The lights for the lift button were a little dim so you can’t always tell if the button has registered when pressed.

The proximity to fortitude valley. The cleanliness. The Brekky and the rooftop restaurant.

The pool area. You couldn’t order from the qscan. So had to walk inside to restaurant to find staff. Then were told off for not having footwear. Also we needed a double bed room so they put us in the wheelchair access too As it’s their only option. They separated one bed to make two beds. So each bed had a light above our heads when trying to get into bed. We did re arrange furniture to suit as you couldn’t access bar fridge either with the configuration. The bathroom although huge for wheelchair access had nowhere to place clothes or belongings so it all went in the floor
