Comfort Suites Kennewick at Southridge

Comfy beds, breakfast offerings were great, staff was friendly.

The pool/ hot tub room had so many chemicals in the air it burned all our eyes and the water turned many of our bodies bright red. The hot tub water coloring was milky and didn’t appear clean.

The lady with the red hair up front was super nice, engaged in conversation. Room was pretty nice and clean. 24 hour pool and hot tub open.

The pool water was SUPER cold...(Reason for the entire trip) Bummer. I feel like the pool area could have been a lot cleaner.

Location was excellent for our stay and close to where we needed to be. It was clean, comfortable and had a good breakfast.

Most of these things were out of the hotels control, but still want to mention them. There were several sports groups there during our stay. In the evening some took up the entire lobby, kids running around screaming, moving furniture around the room, the adults were loud and drinking. The pool was rather small, and even smaller with all of the groups there, too many people in that small of an area and the kids were running around the pool, throwing balls. No pool towels were left, so we had to go to the front desk for towels, not a big deal, since they did have some available. The receptionist upon check-in was not friendly at all. Don’t even think she cracked a smile, and didn’t seem to like her job.

Variety of breakfast options, room was super clean and comfortable, nice location! Jacuzzi needed a little cleaning but pool was great! Will definitely be staying here more often.
