Muy buen servicio ,, queda satisfecha con la estancia

Es muy bueno lo que te ofrecen por el precio, muy bonito el cuarto y las instalaciones, además es muy bueno el trato del personal y cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, ya antes me había hospedado y lo seguiré haciendo.

Todo bien solo un poco viejo el mobiliario

Muy céntrico, excelente ubicación para vivir una experiencia inigualable en Querétaro.

Todo esta muy bien, el personal muy amale, la ubicación es excelente y me gusta que cuente con estacionamiento.

El lugar muy limpio, muy comodo al wstar en rl centro, super ubicado, el servicio muy bueno, la gente muy amable

The cleaning person poured some sort of body gel or hair shampoo (the administrator of the hotel would not know what it was) in an oral electrolyte bottle which was the same kind and color of the oral electrolytes we had been drinking and had bottles of in the room. My daughter took a big sip of the soap thinking it was one of our electrolyte bottles. I am adding pictures below. It is such a dangerous and scary practice! It could have been any other more harmful chemical! We had to call poison control. Thank goodness, my daughter was ok, just nauseous and vomited a couple of times but it could’ve been a more serious accident! The administrator of the hotel never followed up on this as requested by me.

In the center of old Queretaro it was convenient and walkable. The property has maintained its old world charm. Very clean, staff are friendly and ready to meet all your needs!
