H10 Porto Poniente

Love love love this hotel so much this was our second visit this year! Can’t fault it and the aspect from the reception as you walk out each day is breathtaking and so uplifting.

Friendly staff - very clean and nicely maintained building and great breakfast choice.

Lovely hotel, but not all rooms have a balcony. Breakfast although nice was always very busy. Main pool area hard to get a lounger, but the adults area and solarium always had loungers. The Pool bar closes at 6:30pm which is way too early as people up there still at 8pm when they close the pool! Dinner was good, booking a time slot recommended. Don’t waste your time with the Spa. Rubbish!

This hotel is amazing, the staff, the room, the device is all second to none. We will definitely be returning later in the year

Excellent location for a quiet nights sleep but on the doorstep of the old town activities

We stayed for a child free(!) break for 4 nights in June 2023. We stayed in room 724, which had balcony and sea view. We loved the hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely - it does get busy early, but the beach is literally across the road and has sun beds and umbrellas to hire (6 euros each, so 18E a day for us). You can hire beach towels from the hotel - it is a 15E refundable deposit and 1E a day to change to clean towels. We did not mind paying this! Breakfast - lovely, great selection of food, tasty, clean. Pool Bar is great - only one person working, so sometimes a short wait - and it closes at 6.30pm. I personally would have loved this to be open later to enjoy the sun setting with a cocktail (or two!) Snack bar on floor 5 (by the pool). Simple, but good selection of lunch options - really tasty - good service. The hotel is super clean, it has a really lovely boutique vibe - we loved the clean decor. Location - great for the old town. We explored all the lovely tapas bars, shopped and ate really well. Great selection of restaurants (note that many of them require reservations ahead of time!!) We had a great stay, we will be back and have recommended to friends and family! Good job H10 team :)

We couldn’t ask for a more luxurious hotel, we were upgraded to the largest suite for my birthday celebration, the staff were exceptional, food and drink really high end. We were so happy to stay here.

Fabulous welcome by this hotel. Room large , light and airy with fabulous view of sea. The restaurant helped as much as they could to get me Gluten free options and breakfast was great. Only thing that let it down was on space on pool deck and spa pool was cold.

Great place to stay and everything was as expected
