Our stay at Belle Plage was nothing short of exceptional, and what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding level of service across every department. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency created a flawless first impression that continued throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the gentleman who handled our luggage, courteous, attentive, and incredibly helpful, he ensured our arrival and departure were completely stress free. The restaurant team also deserves high praise. Each morning, they went above and beyond to make sure we were perfectly looked after. Our drink orders were remembered and ready without us needing to ask, and whenever we needed anything, a member of staff was immediately there to assist with a smile. That level of attentiveness made every breakfast feel effortless and enjoyable. The spa facilities are truly top class, without a doubt one of the best spas in Cannes. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall experience made it a highlight of our stay, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our hotel room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, reflecting the high standards upheld throughout the entire property. Overall, this is one of the most excellent hotels I have ever stayed in. The combination of luxurious facilities and genuinely caring, attentive staff makes Belle Plage a place I would highly recommend and gladly return to.
