第一次入住整體經驗非常滿意，環境優美，服務人員專業有禮，房間乾淨舒適，提出的嬰兒床需求也很貼心的先準備在房間裡，有機會再來住。

唯獨早餐一人享用時，離開座位取餐點回來卻發現座位用餐牌已被收走，餐具也已經收拾乾淨換上新的，馬上有跟人員告知後再補一張用餐牌，雖然後續不影響繼續用餐，但還是希望能仔細注意客戶用餐牌的位子。

房間很乾淨，床非常舒服，視野很棒

早餐的熱菜選擇不多，味道比較平淡，例如切仔米粉的湯喝起來是清水加醬油，不是高湯。肉包是工廠做的，和超商的一樣

"房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善，房務人員整理也很到位，除了離市區較遠及周邊沒有什麼美食外，其他都很好"

早餐豐富多樣化 選擇的品相種類也多 重複性不高

當天入住給的雙人市景房位於7樓，電梯門往裡走，就能聞到很濃厚的消毒刺鼻味，後因個人原因要求改換房型，加價換成12樓面對故宮景致的房型後，就沒有上述的問題
