It was clean. Night staff very pleasant.

Day shift was more interested in eating breakfast than paying attention to guests. Decade coffee was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. I also do not care for the hand soap dispenser. Not easy for elderly guests to squeeze and why would someone think that squeezing a container with dirty hands is sanitary. Now the dirty hand germs (feces) are on the container. Why not have one that you wave you hand under? I won't stay at a Tru again.

Stayed here before, good location off I-81

The location right off the highway was great. It’s 0.4 miles from BJ’s gas and other gas stations. Restaurant selections were very good and close. The bed was very comfortable and an extra blanket was delivered quickly. The breakfast buffet had freshly made pancakes via a machine and they were delicious. Coffee is always hot 24/7 in the lobby. You have beer, wine and others non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase from the front desk. There is areas for computer set up and pool table to have fun with. The fitness center is available 24 hr and the indoor pool closes at 10pm. For a minimalist type hotel it’s well worth your stay. This is my go to hotel when I need a hotel room.

Having a wheelchair available to help ambulatory altered people to get to their room after riding in a car all day. I went upstairs to our handicap room and got the desk chair , with wheels, and brought it to the lobby and got my husband upstairs that way.

This property is so nice. It was clean, new, and the staff was amazing. I will choose this hotel going forward when I visit Penn State with my son. I hope they keep up the property and the customer service when I return.
