Little smelly outside other wise it’s really good

The place is huge and prettier than in pictures. Two bathrooms and showers are very convenient. The terrace is lovely and the view is truly pretty. For such a price it's a steal. Would recommend you to use car to get there in case you want to do stuff around. The grill was really great too would definitely recommend!

The price was set very reasonably and there was nothing that had disappointed us in our stay too much. The house is a tad worn out though. It was cleaned very well but it was obvious it might need a bit of maintenance. Understandable since it is summer and close to nature, but there were a lot of insects and spiders in the house.

The building was great, lots of space, comfortable beds, love the decks and view, so close to Futo station

Not easily accessible from granpal park, mt. Omuro, and ivory museum.

We liked how it included 3 free parking spaces right outside of the property. The view from both balconies were indeed beautiful and breathtaking and the house was much roomier than we expected. It was clean and well kept and there was plenty of cookware, plates, and cooking utensils that we were able to use. They provided great recommendations and maps for local areas of interest.

There were quite a few bugs like mosquitoes and stink bugs that were somehow able to find their way inside the house and rooms even though we were careful to keep doors and windows shut.

Big and comfy house with beautiful view. The rooms were very clean and the dishes were also clean. We especially liked the terrace with the swing. If you come by train bring food and drink, because it’s not easy to buy something near the house.

Breathtaking view is an understatement, it truly is a gorgeous place to stay! Wonderful deck to relax on, and super convenient access to the train.

The staff was good at hosting and the house was good as expected
